We would like to introduce a case study on energy-saving and environmental measures implemented in the extrusion machines of a plastic products recycling factory. Due to the inability to maintain insulation in the extrusion machines, the heat dissipation temperature was high, leading to an increase in the factory's internal temperature and a deterioration of the environment. Additionally, excessive heat dissipation resulted in significant fuel consumption. In response, we implemented "Eco Keeper" to address energy-saving and environmental measures.
